RATE ADJUSTMENTS + Generator additional $50.00 + $30 per additional hour PARK EVENTS All park rentals include a Generator. 5-hour rental $450 includes generator and Attendant DAY OF EVENT Travel Time Setup Time — 1-2 hours CANCELLATION POLICY Your appointment is very important to us. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. We respectfully require a 72-hour notice from your event date of cancellation in order to be issued a refund. You may choose to extend your rental. We will provide your Final Balance at time of pickup to be paid in person.
Cancellation Policy
At Fierce Events by Queen, we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure your complete satisfaction with our bounce house rentals. Our refund and cancellation policies are designed to be fair and transparent for both parties involved. Please review the following guidelines regarding refunds and cancellations: Refund Policy: 1. Full Refund: We offer a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled rental date. 2. Partial Refund: Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled rental date are eligible for a 50% refund of the total rental fee. 3. No Refund: Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund for cancellations 48 hours before the scheduled rental date. 4. Extreme Circumstances: In cases of extreme circumstances such as inclement weather (e.g., heavy rain, thunderstorms, high winds) or unforeseen emergencies, we may consider issuing a full refund or option to reschedule. Documentation or evidence may be required to support such refund requests. Regarding Transaction fees: All transaction fees will be deducted from the refund. Cancellation Policy: 1. Advance Notice: We kindly request that all cancellations be made as early as possible to allow us the opportunity to accommodate other customers. 2. Cancellation Procedure: To cancel your bounce house rental reservation, please contact us via phone or email and provide your booking details, including the reservation number and rental date. 3. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your rental date, please notify us at least 7 days in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. 4. Non-Refundable Deposit: Please note that any deposits made at the time of booking are non-refundable under any circumstances. 5. No-Show Policy: Failure to cancel your reservation and not showing up on the scheduled rental date will result in the forfeiture of the entire rental fee. Additional Notes: • All refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. • Refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution. • Our refund and cancellation policies are subject to change without prior notice.
